The beauty and grandeur of the Miami County Parks are a great option for small weddings.
Because these ceremonies are not part of the purpose and ordinary use of the park, a Wedding Permit is required, regardless of size or duration. This permit enables the park to assist with the planning of wedding ceremonies while meeting the needs of park resources and visitors.
Do NOT fill out this application for a wedding/reception at Heritage Hall at Lost Creek Reserve. For weddings at Lost Creek please call 937-335-6273 or email heritagehall@miamicountyparks.com.
Before filling out this registration please be sure you have thoroughly read the wedding page on our website. This wedding application is to assist Miami County Park District staff in deciding if a wedding is feasible for the date and location requested. It in no way guarantees a wedding in the parks. The more detail given on the application the better. Incomplete applications may be delayed.
There is no fee to apply for a wedding permit. However, if your application is approved there is a fee for having a wedding in Miami County Parks. A non-refundable fee of $100 for county residents and $200 for out-of-county residents will need to be made to confirm your wedding reservation.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to our registration system you will access the wedding application through the date 1/1/2026. This does NOT indicate the requested wedding date! Your actual wedding date will be on the application which will be completed as part of the check out process when registering. The wedding permit fee will be due upon approval of the wedding application.

-A park staff member will be in contact with the primary contact to discuss the wedding application.
-If a wedding application is approved it is the responsibility of the applicant to pay the non-refundable wedding fee within two weeks of approval.
-Wedding permit fees are $100.00 for Miami County residents and $200.00 for non-residents.
-Credit cards incur a service fee of $2.25.
