One-Time Commercial Photography Permit

Miami County Park District (MCPD) parks are a popular place for photographers. In an effort to accommodate the continuous demand, while continuing to preserve these valuable natural areas, photographers who use MCPD property for profit are required to have a Commercial Photography Permit.

A permit is required if the photographer:
-Is paid for services as a photographer while on MCPD property
-Uses large or unusual equipment while taking photographs which might interfere with programs or other park visitors

This application is for a one time Commercial Photography Permit:
Single Use (Week)- $25*
*there is an additional $2.25 credit card fee.

To apply for a Commercial Photography Permit please click the register button and complete each required forms at check out. Once you have completed the check out process a receipt will be emailed to you.

Note:

-The receipt is your permit and should be carried with you when working in Miami County Park District parks.
-This permit will expire 7 days from the invoice date noted on the final receipt.
-Please refer to www.miamicountyparks.com for photography location maps of restricted use areas.
