One of our naturalists heard that tiny gnomes are planning a roaming adventure trip to visit one of the Miami County Parks!

Join us anytime between 4-5:30pm for a walk down a storybook nature trail, featuring the book "How to Grow Happiness." While enjoying the walk and storybook trail, you will need to keep an eye out for the roaming gnomes hiding along the path! Once you spot one, gently pick it up and take it back to the start to adopt your own roaming gnome to take home! Each registered participants will get to adopt a gnome to take home as well as have the opportunity to make a gnome-inspired craft with one of our own resident Gnomes!

Legend has it that Gnomes are wonderful visitors to have in your house as they tend to clean and help pick up when you aren't looking! If you are lucky enough to adopt one to take home, you can see if the legend is true! You will want to head out early to have the best chances of spotting one as they will descend back to their gnome homes deep in the woods later that day!

Each person registered will receive one gnome to take home, as well a gnome-inspired craft to complete at the park.
